The Garcia backsplash was a custom made design for a single family residence for clients who were looking for something that was a signature piece to the kitchen renovation. The project included a remodel of the interior entry, living room, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom. The living areas opened up ceilings with strategic skylights, and removing divisions to provide a more open floor plan concept that opened out to the separate patios, one of them directly out to the pool deck. The project included an addition of an above-ground spa, barbecue area, fire pit, and patio in a terraced hillside. The project included a remodel of the interior entry, living room, kitchen, dining room, Master suite, bedrooms, bathrooms, addition of auxiliary gym, guest room and bath and a media room. The living areas opened with vaulted ceilings, and removing divisions to provide a more open floor plan concept that opened out to the separate patios, one of them directly out to the pool deck.
