Bronco Drive is an extensive remodel for interior and exterior including the addition of a pool, spa, and auxiliary hardscape amenities orienting all the elements to the breathtaking view of the Palos Verde hillside view overlooking Los Angeles.

The project included a remodel of the interior entry, living room, kitchen, dining room and a bathroom. The living areas opened up ceilings with strategic skylights, and removing divisions to provide a more open floor plan concept that opened out to the separate patios, one of them directly out to the pool deck.

The exterior continued the open modern concept by providing cozy seating areas that were carefully oriented to the hillside views. along with providing a pool with a waterfall, Baja ledge, and spa along with drought-tolerant landscaping throughout.
