Tobias Lane Ranch

Tobias Lane Ranch is an extensive remodel for interior and exterior including the addition of a pool, spa, and auxiliary hardscape amenities orienting all the elements to the centralized courtyard where the pool is located.

The project included a remodel of the interior entry, living room, kitchen, dining room, Master suite, bedrooms, bathrooms, addition of auxiliary gym, guest room and bath and a media room. The living areas opened with vaulted ceilings, and removing divisions to provide a more open floor plan concept that opened out to the separate patios, one of them directly out to the pool deck.

The exterior continued the open modern take of a traditional spanish style by providing cozy seating areas that were carefully oriented to the interior court and pool along with drought-tolerant landscaping throughout.
